1. First think of the last time you wanted to fix an item of clothing - if you can't remember one, imagine a problem that could happen to your favourite garment.
2. Then try following this interactive flowchart of questions to see whether it can take you to a page that would contain relevant information to fix your problem. Unfortunately there's no actual content yet but I'm working on it!
3. Once you get to a page which says 'Add to toolbox - go back to start' - or you get stuck - stop and make a note of the title of the page. Then go to this page to take the survey:
   • Attitudes to clothes repair - follow up survey.
   Feel free to ignore the bits which ask you if you want to answer further questions or write in answers, any data is useful!
